mixed feelings overall
narrow staircase cramped bathroom
The location was convenient. The metro was easily accessible.
The spiral staircase in my duplex room was quite narrow. it was difficult to navigate. the bathroom felt cramped. there wasn't an area outside for sitting, despite it being advertised with a garden view. It was a disappointment.

the reception staff displayed great warmth and hospitality, providing helpful tips and attending to every request.
the kitchen in the duplex room was poorly equipped, and the spiral staircase was very narrow (it wasn't fun to navigate).

amazing breakfast helpful staff subtle frontage commandeered guests
the breakfast was amazing. i especially enjoyed the coffee (it was really strong!). the staff were friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the access to the jacuzzi.
the pool was small. its position allowed it to be commandeered by a small number of guests. the frontage was subtle, so i missed it a number of times.

caring staff super clean hotel comfortable room
The staff were professional and caring. check in was easy. The people i met were so helpful and considerate. the train station to the hotel was just a few minutes walk away, and entering into the hotel was super clean. the room i stayed in was overlooking the courtyard spa and swimming pool. It was comfortable, warm and inviting.
The frontage was very subtle. I missed it a number of times.

I found the staff very nice . the breakfast was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the variety. my husband had a very good spa experience. i appreciated the massage.
the frontage is subtle and easily missed.
