the kitchen in the duplex room was poorly equipped, and the spiral staircase was very narrow (it wasn't fun to navigate).

the pool was small. its position allowed it to be commandeered by a small number of guests. the frontage was subtle, so i missed it a number of times.

The staff were professional and caring. check in was easy. The people i met were so helpful and considerate. the train station to the hotel was just a few minutes walk away, and entering into the hotel was super clean. the room i stayed in was overlooking the courtyard spa and swimming pool. It was comfortable, warm and inviting.
The frontage was very subtle. I missed it a number of times.
